Quick delivery achievement system
We have two domestic production plants: one for automatic-winding production and the other for manual-winding production. As all the processes from winding to inspection and shipment of coils are performed in a single plant, mass-produced and small-lot products can also be delivered in a short time.
For mass-produced products, the introduction of automatic-winding machines enabled the significant reduction of the winding time compared to the time required for manual winding. In addition, the operation rate of each automatic-winding machine is managed properly to achieve a shortening of delivery time. For small-lot product orders, we appropriately arrange the manufacturing line in our manual-winding production plant to achieve quick delivery.
